Music Lessons

We offer a variety of music lessons, with teaching provided by external tutors.  Usually parents make arrangements for lessons through direct contact with our tutors, with the exception of Wednesday lunchtime Guitar Club, which is arranged through the Office.

If you would like your child to begin music lessons please contact the Office and we will put you in tough with a tutor.

Vocals

My name is Connie Jachnik and I am the singing teacher here at Malmesbury C of E Primary School. I have been teaching for the past 11 years in both Primary and Secondary schools. As a singer I have performed with the Welsh National Youth Opera, Welsh National Chorus and toured around the world to New York, Prague and Hong Kong as a lead vocalist for a Jazz band.
I teach a variety styles of singing; Classical, Pop and Musical Theatre. Pupils learn the fundamental techniques for singing in a fun and engaging way which can lead onto examinations.
In my spare time I enjoy composing my own songs and writing for School Productions.  I have also taken a number of short course in Music Therapy which I can apply into my style of teaching. When not teaching I enjoy painting and taking walks with my rescue dogs.
