Music Lessons

We offer a variety of music lessons, with teaching provided by external tutors.  Usually parents make arrangements for lessons through direct contact with our tutors, with the exception of Wednesday lunchtime Guitar Club, which is arranged through the Office.

If you would like your child to begin music lessons please contact the Office and we will put you in tough with a tutor.

Strings with Mrs S Parkinson

High quality string teaching is offered by a professional performer and fully qualified, experienced teacher.

Violin, Viola and Cello are currently available to learn in school on Wednesday mornings 8.30-10.30am.  All abilities welcome, whether just learning to play for fun or aiming for ABRSM music exams.

Lessons can be either individual or shared, and a taster lesson can be arranged initially so that your child can try the violin before starting.

Woodwind and brass

Lessons in Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone and Cornet/Trumpet are now offered through the Music for Schools (MFS) foundation.
Please contact the Office in the first instance if you are interested in your child having lessons.

Please contact the Office if you are interested in your child having piano lessons, and we will notify you once places are available.
